IPIK Doors are warranted to be serviceable for normal use and to be free of manufacturing

Interior doors are warranted for the
Life of the Installation.
Fire rated doors with ratings of 45 , 60 or 90 minutes are warranted for 2 years.
Exterior doors are warranted for 1 year.

Doors must have been handled, stored, finished, installed, and maintained in accordance with: (1) established industry practices, AND (2) IPIK'S written installation and handling
instructions, in order for the company to have responsibility under this warranty.

When IPIK determines that a door is defective, within the meaning of this warranty, it will be repaired or replaced with a new door, as originally supplied.
If this replacement isn't practical, IPIK may refund the purchase price of the door.

IPIK Door Company's sole responsibility under this warranty is as stated herein. IPIK shall not be liable for consequential, indirect or incidental damages or for any amount in excess of the original purchase price for breach of warranty or for negli gence.

IPIK Door will not be liable for any doors repaired
or replaced without its prior written consent.


    Size tolerance is + 1/16 inch in length, width and thickness.  Squareness tolerance (by use of diagonal measurement) shall not exceed 1/8 inch.  In factory ha rdware preparation, a + 1/32 inch is allowed.

    Stile, rail and core show-through (photographing) on flush doors shall not be considered a defect unless the face of the doors varies from a true plane in excess of 1/100 inch in any 3-inch span.

    "Warp" is any distortion in the door itself, from a true plane. Warp shall not be
considered a defect unless it exceeds 1/4 inch in any 3'-6" by 7'-0" section of the door.  If the door is less than 3'-6" by 7'-0", the measured section will be reduced to the actual width and/or height of the doo r.

    IPIK Door may defer action on any claim of warp or photographing defects for 6 months from date of claim, to allow the door to acclimate.  If a door has been hung prior to such claim being made, the door must remain hanging in the ori ginal installation during the 6 months of deferment to permit acclimation to jobsite humidity and temperature.
