VERY IMPORTANT ORDER TO FILL

Filed under: Uncategorized — randal @ 1:22 pm

Kenner Rotary Club distributes food to 75 families in Kenner for the holidays.
Kenner Rotary Club raised $7,000.00 with its second annual golf tourney at LPC golf course in October. Every penny of this money goes directly to help the community. 2 college scholarships are awarded. With the other half of the money , Kenner Rotary Club was able to distribute over 1000 pounds of food and turkeys to Kenner families who needed a hand this Christmas. IPIK Door Company turned over the door finishing line to become a food distribution line for the day on Saturday. “This may be the most important order that we ran on this line this year”, says Rotarian and IPIK Door company president, Randal Pick. with the local food bank shelves bare, this Kenner Rotary Club project will have a huge impact on family’s holidays in Kenner. we were delighted to host this event and have already re-upped for next year.
If anyone is interested in supporting a project where every penny gets directly to the community with no expenses, this is the deal for 2010…if you can’t play golf, you can be a hole sponsor for $150.00

Hurricane Katrina caused levee failures that flooded much of New Orleans.

Miles of houses , office buildings and stores were gutted to remove all the wet sheetrock, insulation, and  flooring. Heaped on the curb are refrigerators, furniture, cabinets and doors …..

but you won’t see Ipik doors!

I visited numerous jobsites to see what doors were needed to rebuild flood ravaged buildings. Ipik doors are made with waterproof glue.  Although I wouldn’t recommend that you do so, these doors were soaked in brackish water for 2 weeks.

NO LOOSE VENEER.
NO LOOSE CORNERS.
NO RIPPLED FACES!

Ipik factory finished doors didn’t even show a  waterline! that’s what you call a finish! Next time someone tells you all doors are alike, ask them if their door will pass a flood test! Even if the closest you’ll get to a hurricane is a classroom of wild 3rd graders, demand the best door made…… solid wood stiles, type I glue, and extra finish coats.

When you buy Ipik doors , you get a product that is built better than it has to be , so it will survive!
