Staved Lumber
Low density blocks are glued together with joints staggered in adjacent rows. Stiles are bonded to the core before sanding.

Lock and Hinge edges are 1 3/8 inches wide, laminated hardwood or SCL(Structural Composite Lumber). No finger joints used on exposed edges.


1/16 inch wood or composite wood fiber laminated to the face and core.



Wood Veneers are A grade (See Table)


Laminate Plastic - .050 thick laminate facing used for standard construction.
